At H2A Ammar Gaber provides consultations in meteorology, climatology and climate change adaptation & Loss and damage. He possesses more than 15 years of experience in big data analysis, data-driven solution provision, capacity development and project management. He contributed to H2A policy making and shaping its future. Before H2A, Ammar worked for Sudan Meteorological Authority as a senior meteorologist and climate prediction expert as well as a senior agrometeorologist. He also joined the Food and Agriculture Organization (FAO) as a national consultant for climate change. He is recognized by the University of Khartoum Consultation Corporation (UKCC).
